Chapter 14 is ready for release. I plan to publish tomorrow (4/19).

Based on the feedback so far, here are the results:
1. People have a slight preference for first person narratives, followed by third person narrative, then third person objective
2. People prefer stories with a healthy mix of dialogue and narrative. A few people prefer dialogue driven stories. No one preferred narrative only stories.
3. There was no obvious preference of strong story at the expense of grammar and writing quality. My conclusion, people want a good story and will tolerate some loss in quality and grammar, but not too much.
