Maureen is the final story in the Injustice Series.
Maureen O'Farrell, who you met in Injustice III, is grown up now and is a beautiful young woman with a huge Talent. On returning from vacation in Ireland, four FBI agents try to arrest her as she exits Customs and Passport Control at the airport. She, of course,doesn't agree to this and promptly vanishes after dealing with the FBI agents.
After visiting her Grandfather and her Mother to warn them about what the FBI tried to do, she transfers to the Hardtrick farm to inform Max and Jill.
At the airport, the FBI agents are explaining to their boss why they don't have a prisoner. The Crime Scene people have a new machine to identify Magic users by their Magic signature. Using it at the airport turns out to not be a wise decision.
Arriving at the Hardtrick farm, Maureen is greeted warmly before explaining what happened on her trip and especially what happened when she returned to Boston. Maureen remains at the Hardtrick farm for a number of days, but continues to think about the FBI agent with the concealed Talent, and finally decides to visit him. She returns to Boston to check out the FBI building in Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Agent parks receives a lot of grief from his superiors and co-workers for failing to arrest Maureen and for his report on the incident.
Early on the morning of April first, Maureen transfers back to Boston and then to the FBI's offices where she uses their computer to learn where Agent Parks lives. That night, she transfers to his apartment to await his arrival.
I'm sorry for being so long between stories, but I have had a number of health issues and personal problems this year. They have prevented me from writing as much as I would have liked. Currently, I have most of the Maureen story written as well as another story, The Master Warrior, which will appear after Maureen is finished. Thanks for your patience.
