Chapter 17 opens with Deirdre and Morgan being married. the Sweeney triplets are married a year later. Morgan has been attending a medical school for magic users
Jorani starts her daughters helping her rule her Queendom even before they graduate from college. All four girls are pregnant when they graduate from college. They have new houses to move into also.
Three years later Maddy resigns as Queen of the West and Deirdre will succeed her. There are many question as to how that will be done. Deirdre is crowned just before the chapter ends.
Chapter 18 opens with trouble for Kiry, but the five Queens are there to help him. The triplets continue to assist their mother for the next five years before she also decides to retire. Again there are many questions as now there will be three Queens and not just one. Guests will also be coming from greater distances as the coronation will take place in the Tibetan Nest. There is much to be arranged. Also the Previous Queens need to devise how the ceremony will be conducted. The ceremony is conducted with the assistance of the Spirits of Magic.
A thousand years later, the three sisters are ready to retire. Much of what occurred during those years is briefly recounted my Maly.
This will be the last story in the "lay Line witch' series for a while. I do have another story in mind, but have a couple of other stories that I have promised to finish. they will appear when they are ready. Much of this summer will be spent doing woodwork and photography with just a little writing.
I wish to thank all of those who have assisted me with proofreading or editing over the years. I really appreciate your assistance. You have made the stories better by helping me eliminate most of the errors. Thank you all.

Chapter 15 opens the following day with the government and the media arriving to demand that the queens turn over to them the captured terrorists.
The queens don't agree as they have no appointment. Later at an appointment a compromise is reached. Two days later they all go to the Demon-lands to dispose of the terrorists.
Chapter 16 opens with more work for all of those involved plus the promised party. Later the local DA announces his intent to try six Female Dragons for the murder of the terrorists. The DA is summoned to the Queens Audience chamber where he learns what evidence they have and how it will be used. We also learn that the terrorist didn't last all that long. When the girls return to college in the fall, they are harassed by demonstrators, who they soon learn to deal with effectively. later still there is an assassination attempt.

Chapter 13 opens with the four of them returning outside to find confusion and disorder. Jorani, as the Queen of the East, takes command and issues orders to get things organized and moving. Daeva and Maly rescue the three Army guys who helped them and bring them to the media's attention.
The Dragons get help from the ATF with the removal of the booby-traps. Removing them and clearing the entire building complex takes all of them well into the night.
Chapter 14 starts the following day with the Dragons ready to dispose of the explosive devices. The ATF supervises as best as they can, but they want to turn over the terrorists to the federal authorities. The media arrives as they are leaving afterwards to get the story on how the Dragons were at the park so quickly. Following that the terrorists are interrogated in the Nest by the Dragons. The following day they decide what to do with them.

Chapter 11 opens with everyone's vacation coming to a stop when Stone Mountain Park is attacked by terrorists. Deirdre and the three sisters are visiting there and are divided into two groups by the Queens in the Jewel. The story follows Daeva and Maly as they deal with the terrorists.
It doesn't take them long to devise a new plan after encountering the first terrorists. After a time, they receive some help from three Army guys. Later they are reinforced by the arrival of several of their relatives and later still by the arrival of their mother, the Queen of the East. It is shortly after this that the civilian First Responders arrive, and they need to be advised of the situation
Chapter 12 starts with devising a plan to secure the resort the terrorists have taken over. They also check with the others working on the west side of the lake. Additional Dragon help arrives a short time later. Following using a Freeze spell on the resort, the rest of the chapter follows them removing the terrorists and the explosives they have.

Chapter 9 opens with Deirdre and the Sweeney triplets trying to decide where to go on vacation between their Sophomore and Junior years in college. They are interrupted by the return of Morgan MacFarland. Morgan explains why he returned and that he already has a job at Dragon Security. Deirdre spends much of her time with him, but not all of it, as he has to work most days.
The Sweeneys, in the meantime, continue to look for the best place to send their vacation. A number of places are considered and investigated. They eventually settle on spending their time between Stone Mountain Park and Fort Yargo State Park. Both are near them and easy for them to access. Deirdre accompanies them part of the time.
