"satiable curtiousity"

My apologies to those of you who wrote. In Kipling's "The Elephant's Child," we find "there was one Elephant-a new Elephant-an Elephant's Child-who was full of 'satiable curtiosity, and that means he asked ever so many questions."

I used this in Patrick's youth (after Gordy buys him the "Jungle Books"), and assumed that people would recognize the Kipling.

I'm just an intellectual snob.
