I just did a small edit on the text that starts 'one by one...' which when read is a bit ambiguitious. Jake asks four ex-slaves if they have any objections to him killing the man who abused and raped them. The four women shook their heads no. It could be argued that the women could have been saying 'no don't kill the man' rather than 'no we have no objections' which is what Jake interpreted the head shaking to mean. I've done a quick fix that clarifies it. Thanks for reading.
