I was looking to have a new chapter post today. Good old Murphy struck, I messed up a bit and have to clean that up. Hopefully the new chapter will be ready in the next day or two, it's not that far off. Hope everyone is safe and healthy in these trying times.

There a new chapter in the queue for today. While being an "essential" employee has me hoping I don't catch the corona, I'm hoping all of you are safe and healthy.

So I've realized that I want to do this story in several "books" that will cover a couple of years or so each. As such I made an edit in the title to reflect that. Once again thank you to all those reading and enjoying the story. To all of y'all that frequent SOL, may you and yours be safe and healthy during these trying times.

So I had to make an on the fly change. As I was filing the paper away that was this chapter I noticed a mistake. The outing that the main character was going to take was written to be on Wednesday and Thursday. I realized that the time line would be off based on what I'd written of chapter 34. The easiest fix was the one which wouldn't postpone posting chapter 34. I altered chapter 33 to reflect that the outing would take place on Tuesday and Wednesday. So that this may confuse those who have already read the chapter.
