As Lezeez has recently opened up reviews for Bookapy books, I'd REALLY appreciate it if some of you who've read the stories post reviews, so Bookapy readers can get a better idea of which books are worth reading/purchasing.
By the way, I've noticed that no one has read or asked about my newest book, The Holes Binding Us Together (Bookapy doesn't report of file views). Unfortunately, the book description doesn't list many details, as there are a LOT of surprises in the story, and even listing the primary conflicts would be significant story spoilers.
Given the lack of responses, I'm considering revising the book's descriptions. There's nothing troublesome about the book, but two of the characters' backstories involved a history of past childhood sexual abuse (no descriptive details included), which is a major squick for many readers. As such, I fear listing the additional details won't encourage any more readers to consider the story. But the details help readers understand why the characters respond as they do.
Curious how the Bookapy site is fairing, since authors aren't getting any notices or getting any comments from the site, I checked the book sales, not really expecting to see any.
So far, unsure how long the site has been open to the public, I've sold a half-dozen books, including one 3-book box set. It's a nice surprise, when I really wasn't anticipating anything.
For those interested in my books, ALL my books (aside the those unpublished) are now on the Bookapy site, so you can easily purchase them directly (a couple clicks away, at least) from SOL.
Thanks for your support, and I'll start posting soon, but I'm waiting until my next book is ready for publishing first.
I've already unpublished my entire Catalyst and Great Death series as I undertake rewriting them. The complete rewrite of Catalyst is a long-term project, while the revision of the Great Death series is a simplification of the language to make it an easier and faster read. As such, I'm going to 'retire' the entire Great Death series, just as I did the earlier Catalyst books.
If you want to save them for posterity (or to compare what I do with them), grab them now, as they'll be unavailable soon.
