I'm currently reading a story, I won't name it or the author, that has a score of 7.27. There is no consistency in naming, little to no punctuation, and severely fragmented, as well as run on sentences. IT is not open to comments, and I can only imagine what would be said. I can tell you I think that the story is written by someone in England, but is supposed to take place in the U.S.
I say all this to allow me the following comment. I'm thankful for the comments I get from readers, and I'm thankful for my editors. While I like the story I'm reading, it's driving me batshit crazy with all the errors, and inconsistencies...
I just reposted chapter 9 with a new five page game breakdown. I know we were all disappointed with my last attempts at the game so, for those of you who wanted a better game, You can all thank TeNderLoin for his help. I know I do...
I am not going to post until a week after this coming Sunday. I am fixing some time line errors as well as fixing the football game and other chapters. Look for revised chapters as well as a new chapter in 9 days.
That said, thank you to everyone who has or is reading my story, as well as those who have commented or sent mail. You help me be a better writer...
Guys and Gals,
I've found a rather serious time line problem that is going to cause me to have to rewrite several parts in order to keep the correct timeline. Because of this I'm going to hold off posting next week while I fix the bug. I'm sorry for the delay but I need to fix this since it will throw off several future stories.
Sorry for this delay but it will make the story a better read in the end...
I accidentally used the football game from a story by Ernest Bywater in Chapter 9. While it was an honest mistake it inexcusable. All I can say is I was actually reading the story in question when I was attempting to rewrite a terrible football game. I have reposted the corrected version and apologize for this mistake....
