Hey Guys and Gals!
I've gotten several messages throughout the book so far about the mistakes I haven't caught. I wanted to thank all of you for bringing them to my attention.
I've also gotten several apologies for bringing them to my attention.
Please know that I appreciate you all catching those errors. This book is the starting point for close to 20 more books. I NEED to know about them so I can fix them. I've got some great proofreaders, but they're only human, and I do make changes after they send me back the fixes.
Don't stop, and I hope you all continue to read and enjoy my story.
I have reposted chapters 1 through 9 with timeline changes and all the others errors corrected that we have found. As soon as the system allows me to I will post chapter 10 today.
Please be patient. It's not me causing the delay. It's the system...
After several recommendations and discussions I'm going to change to only posting on Sundays. With the difficulties I've had with chapter thirteen it's made me see I need to have, at a minimum, twenty chapters done before I can think about posting more than that a week.
I'm working on a patreon account and when I get it ready I'll post 1 or 2 chapters ahead there from then on. Not sure yet.
I'm currently reading a story, I won't name it or the author, that has a score of 7.27. There is no consistency in naming, little to no punctuation, and severely fragmented, as well as run on sentences. IT is not open to comments, and I can only imagine what would be said. I can tell you I think that the story is written by someone in England, but is supposed to take place in the U.S.
I say all this to allow me the following comment. I'm thankful for the comments I get from readers, and I'm thankful for my editors. While I like the story I'm reading, it's driving me batshit crazy with all the errors, and inconsistencies...
