After a frantic weekend rewriting, Caleb is now back up - and with a new chapter to boot. It may not seem like it since I merged the first two chapters in the rewrite, which changed all subsequent chapter numbers.
Its uploaded awaiting posting.

I have had to withdraw my Caleb story as my editor found a rather large issue with the story, that I kind of knew about but was conveniently ignoring. He, however, being the man he is wouldn't let me ignore it, but to rectify it is going to require rewriting a lot of the chapters so far.
Hopefully it shouldn't take too long and normal service will be restored as soon as possible.

It was not my intention to put Caleb behind the paywall, I guess that's what you get for exploring features of a site that you are not very familiar with. I have rectified the error and it is back in the open where anyone should be able to access it.
