Finding contemporaries of the Dr1 took hours...I remember Air Classics. There was a list of every combatant aircraft by year in one issue. Do you think I could find a similar list in Wiki? Nope. I had to look at a list of all allied aircraft and eliminate the ones built before 1917 and all the ones after 1917...then I had to eliminate the planes that never flew in combat. Took fucking forever.
Well...i did it...I made 80. 79 was tough. A chapter every two weeks and an unsettled mind. Turned 80 and already...three chapters. If things keep going, I'll have to give shudder oatmeal a try. Unless it's mixed with sugar and molasses and baked in an oven oat meal sucks.
