I have a dream of the importance of our families in getting through the next 500 years. Dream on!
I needed to spend some time doing housework and yardwork this morning. This took me into the afternoon.
My best friend stopped by and we discussed all of my writings. He read over my words as you all are doing. He then took me out to lunch and it was a pleasant diversion.
All during the day I have jotted down snippets that have visited me. A word. A person. A phrase....
I know these memories are trying to make an appearance and I do not want to lose any of them. They are all too important to me at this very moment in my life.
A really big Thank You to all of you who have written to me in the last few days. I send my condolences to those who have lost someone dear. I send my thanks to those who have recommended books on the subject for me to follow up on.
I need to mention that this is not about politics or religion. I hope not to impart any of those during the writing I am putting into these pages. I know all of us have our opinions on every subject I might touch on. I just am not in the position to preach on any of it at this time.
Guilt is my friend right now. I have welcomed this guilt into my home. I am doing everything I can to make sure he is comfortable, and relaxed, so I might understand his motives a little better.
