I received a question regarding my new story ('What I Learnt From (Mostly) Accidental Voyeurism') and I wasn't sure where to answer it since the questioner didn't appear to have an author account. To solve this problem, I'll answer any questions involving WILFMAV here. As a result, there may be spoilers in this entry...you have been warned!

For those of you who wonder the same thing and don't want spoilers, I advise you to continue reading, because that will be explained! Turn back now!

For those of you curious and impatient, here is my explanation.
Rosalie is, ultimately, rather taken off-guard at the scene in front of her, and primarily shocked. About halfway through she becomes sympathetic to their plight, and afterwards, reliving it in her head, she becomes aroused by it--hence, the brief bit in the bathtub where she masturbates. Subsequent voyeuristic experiences are more involved--she becomes aroused more quickly since the shock-factor is low to none, and takes advantage of that.

Generally, I don't like to write stories where people are unfaithful to one another. This is because I don't agree with it, but...

My latest story, 'What I Learnt from (Mostly) Accidental Voyeurism,' focusses on the narrator's mother, Julianne, who is married but has a long-standing and generally secret relationship with an old friend of hers, Kyron, whom her children have grown up knowing as "Uncle.' Their relationship has been on pause in the romantic sense for a very long time. However, when the play button is inadvertently pressed again, the two find themselves in a very difficult situation. Julianne thinks they should put that part of their relationship behind them again, that it would be the right thing to do, but neither of them seems to have the strength to do that any longer.

So--why have I written a story so different from my usual style and mindset?

Well, I like to think of it as an alternative to 'Happily Ever After.' We're all only human, and sometimes the enormity of the mistakes we make--in this case, Julianne deciding to marry her husband despite the fact that she was deeply in love with Kyron--take a while to sink in.

This story might have been irrelevant if Julianne and Kyron hadn't had made the decisions they did. They might have been lifelong friends anyway, and only that. But they did make them, and so now, they have to figure out where and how they can exist. I'm sure some of you have been there.

These things happen. Humanity has a remarkable lack of foresight sometimes.

Having recently posted the first chapter of a new story I've brewed up entitled 'Summer of Our Lives,' I hemmed and hawed over what to select to properly describe its level of sexual content. The amount of sexual intercourse is about the same as, say, my story 'The Lesson,' or 'Brotherly Love,' although it does take a fair amount longer for the characters in my new story to get around to doing the deed. During this time, there are still sexual things happening...
So, as to whether I was right or not in deciding to select 'Some Sex,' as the story's content, I'd like to know what the site's readers think--not specifically about the sexual content in 'Summers of Our Lives' and what you think it should be rated, although you can tell me that too, if you like--but about what makes the difference in a story between rating it to have 'Some Sex,' or 'Much Sex.' Is 'how long it takes before they get around to doing it' an overall factor for an entire story? Let me know what you think.

Hello to those of you who've decided to give my writing a go. I hope you enjoy what I create. I love to do it and I hope you love to read it, too.
It's been many long months since I have written anything for my first story on the this site, 'The Lesson.' But the other day I began to miss it, and even though I had no time to write I carved out a little space and chapter ten spilled out of me. I hope there are some of you who will be happy to hear about a new part to this story, and I'll be glad you haven't given up on me. Life is busy and writing time is short. I do hope you'll enjoy Melody and Burton's erotic adventures into parenthood. XP
I'm just going to say that there may be something you weren't expecting in this chapter...I'd been planning it for a while. Please let me know if you saw it coming! ;) (or anything else you have to say to me.)

P.S. Due to my Scottish heritage wanting to assert itself, and the awesomeness of us Scots in general, I have felt the inkling to write a Scottish themed erotica...stroke story...romance...thing. If anyone has any ideas or thoughts they'd like to present to me on that subject, be it the kinkiest or the simplest idea, I would be very happy to hear and perhaps incorporate.

I just submitted the first part of a story called 'Party Favours' for posting. It follows a teenage girl called Carmen during the early 1800s and her older brother, Timothy, who controls her. She always listens to him due to her adoration and fear of him, and tries to find out why he's changed from the nicer person he used to be into such a scheming, controlling person. However, it takes two blows jobs, her virginity being taken with an audience, and Tim's intoxication to find out.
When I first had the idea and planning for this story it had a slightly different vibe than what it has now. I'm not sure if I portrayed the siblings' relationship quite the way I had originally wanted it--it was only a feeling I got at the time. I may change it if I get the right feeling again, but the basic planning and concept is there. The characters don't feel quite right, though.
Maybe I should be listening to what inspired in the first place as I write it to get that vibe--Lana del Rey's "Carmen."
But please let me know what you think of the story so far, anyway!
I will be trying to update Youth Retreat and The Lesson as well, and I would appreciate more feedback on them!
