Second Summer(?) is the tentative name for book two, which is already 10 chapters in. I have put together a good crew of editor/proofers and that is making things go a little slower than I had anticipated. That said, it's for the better, I promise.

I have gotten a lot of support from the readers who gave my first writings a chance, I thank each and every one of you.

As for when I will start releasing chapters, I am having a debate on if I should go chapter by chapter again, or attempt to post the story on BookApy first and then do chapters on SOL. If my story can make me enough money for a cup of coffee in the mornings, that would be amazing. I am getting book 1 finalized and will release that on BookApy as soon as I have the first 6 chapters done and ready to go.

As always, thank you all for the support. Come join my discord, I am always looking for ideas and some of the best I have gotten are from readers.

The first 6 chapters are being edited and reposted as they are completed. New versions of 1 and 2 are up. Chapter 7 is when I secured a editor for the story so the first 6 chapters needed some help.

My debut story just hit 100k downloads!!! Holy shit. Thank you to everyone who gave my story a chance. I can't believe so many people gave it a read.

chapters 1-6 are being edited now, a new chapter 1 had been uploaded and I will update 2-6 as soon as they are ready. Once they are all done, I will upload the whole story to BookApy and can be purchased for those so inclined.

Thank you again to everyone. My editor, my proofers, and my friend who is helping me with the formats and teaching me how the subtleties of writing. Thank you!

Book 2 of The Windy Pines is underway. So, watch for me to start releasing new chapters.
