It's off to the beta crew I selected from the volunteers who responded to my last blog. For everyone that reached out, offering to help, thank you so much. I wish I could have sent every single one of you a copy, but there were too many people! As soon as I get the feedback from those early readers, I'll go back and make some adjustments and then send it off for its final polish. After that, I just need to format it, develop a cover and publish it.

I am hoping to have it on Zbookstore by the end of the month!

I am on the lookout for a few Beta readers for my new series, Sapphire Cove.
There are a couple things I am looking for in a Beta reader...

1. Timely turnaround.
I don't want to wait weeks for someone to get back to me with feedback. Not that those who take longer or are busy in their day to day lives don't have good input, I just want to get this out to readers as soon as I can.

2. I need open dialog with genuine opinions.
I've gotten too many in the past where the replies are short and without any substance. I need opinions on what worked in the story, what didn't, what didn't make sense, and finally, any issues with the plot in the book. (consistency etc.)

3. I would like varying opinions from both the male readers and female ones, if it's possible.

If you're up to reading an early release of my story, please let me know. For those who do Beta for me, the best way to talk to me without having to wait for email chains is via Discord, but it isn't required, just preferred.

Big Ed Magusson's and my follow up to A Fresh Start is has been submitted to zbookstore! It should be available any time now, watch for it and go get a copy!

Amber's story continues and Dad has to deal with his ex, because he's staying in his old house for the Christmas break and that could spell disaster, but not if Amber has anything to say about it.

Also, Sapphire Cove, my new story that fits into the same mold of The Windy Pines is progressing nicely. The first 8 chapters and 40k words are done and edited, and have proven to be quite spicy, according to my editors. Hopefully the words continue to flow, and I can have it done in a timely manner.

Anyway, thanks for reading and I look forward to everyone's comments on Pushing Boundaries, and yes, even the crazy ones.

Big Ed Magusson and I are happy to announce that the follow up book Pushing Boundaries to our collaboration story A Fresh Start, is done! We just got it back from our Beta readers and Big Ed is currently working in the finishing touches now. We are hoping to have those done, formatted, and the final product released on Zbookstore in the next week or so!

P.S. I have a new story in the works right now that will be a fun replacement for The Windy Pines. This one involved two families instead of just one. I'm just over 6 chapters and 30k words in and pushing hard to keep that momentum going!
