Took me a bit longer to finish this chapter but it is finally done and looks pretty good. Hope you enjoy it.

Chapter 4 is half-way done and I plan to post it this weekend.
In general, I tend to write a lot and then have to prune it and edit it so that it reads better and improves the storyline.
Until I posted this story, most of my writing was for myself. I write mainly as part of my learning process and as a memory aid. Writing this story has given me so many insights into how to write for an audience.
Anyway, I will post Chapter 4 as soon as I can. Meanwhile, thanks for all your votes. A special thank you to all those who are following me and have my story saved in their libraries.

Still learning the quirks of the posting system on SOL. So far, I managed to fix a really weird problem with typos being introduced by autocorrect when using an Android device to post it.
Chapter 1 and 2 have been updated. The storyline has not changed. I just fixed some of the spelling and made them consistent with US English. Part of my autocorrect problem was that my tablet is set to UK English but my phone is US English.
I have gotten spellings under control, but now my paragraph spacings and formatting are all off. (sigh)
I will fix that soon to make the text more readable. Meanwhile, please bear with me. Chapter 3 is half-way done and should be out this weekend.
