Hello Readers,
Thanks once again for all your positive feedback and encouragement! Since the story has been well received, I've decided to extend it a bit more to flesh out some of the conflict that Larry has been feeling. The roller coaster series of events has also left things quite confusing to Larry and probably some of you as well.
Chapter 7 certainly hasn't "bankrupted" me of plot ideas and I hope you like this new episode.
I have always tried to balance out the back story and narrative with some "lively" scenes to keep the story interesting and I hope that you like that as well. I finished this chapter early and have posted it to the queue.

Just started to work on Chapter 7 and realized that I probably need to start concluding some of the story arcs and introduce some of the new ones. So this chapter needs a lot more thought. It kind of decides if the story continues for several more chapters or ends quickly as I was originally thinking.
Some of you have PM'ed me with feedback and suggestions or left a comment. I will do my best to take them into account. I appreciate the feedback and kind encouragement and will try to have Chapter 7 finished by the end of the week.

I just finished Chapter 6 early and I posted it to the queue. It is is a little different in tone from the rest of the chapters and I hope you like it. However, it is an important chapter to tie in the rest of the story.

But here's a little secret. I have absolutely no idea how this is going to play out yet!
This is an exercise in episode by episode writing. When I started, it was going to be a simple story about how Jumping the Fence led to a relationship with Cassie. But then I saw possibilities and decided to write it as a serial.
The story-line develops as I write each episode. The only general outline for this, is the story description. It is all about the trigger event and a chain of events before Larry finds a second chance at Love.
I have just started on Chapter 5 so lets see how it goes. (I am equally curious to see which direction this goes - LOL)
Hope to maintain a cadence of a chapter a week with new episodes every weekend. At this point I think I may have a couple of chapters more before I conclude. But who knows? I may surprise myself with a twist in the tail of the tale... ;-)
