When I started Elknid's Behemoth, my goal was to just write the prologue and first chapter so that I could use it as a direction for a game I'm making. I find that writing it down as a narrative made it easier for me to figure out what features I need to implement.
Now at over 100k words, (though not all posted) I find that I'm slowing down on what I'm writing for it. I struggle to get 2500 words done a week. So I think I'll be branching out again and getting returning back to some of my previous series. And getting back to developing the Elknid's Behemoth game as well. I'm hoping that will help me get my head back into the writing for Elknid's and finishing off volume one.
I think what I'll start with is Who wants to be a Barbarian Invader and change it into two different stories. Focusing each individual story on the two main characters, at least until their stories merge into one.
