Hi folks. I still have no power at home, but I've been able to find a temporary solution. The good news is that the area's being declared a national emergency, so there'll be help soon. I'm supposed to have power at home tonight and Internet is a little more accessible now.

I've posted today's chapter and yesterday's with my apologies for the delay. For the next little while, I'll be combing through some of the emails I've missed the last couple of days.

Hi folks. Bad news in my area. Power is out for most of the city. Internet is similarly affected. What that means for all of you is that today's chapter isn't going to make it to posting. The water is mostly out of my basement, but until we get power back, there's not a lot I can do to clean up. Fortunately, my phone still has connection to post an update. Sorry all. I'll update you when I can.

I just put Chapter 16 up for posting. I think you'll find it interesting.

Unfortunately, today I'm a little distracted. I woke up to find two feet of water in my basement. There's now THREE feet of water down there. God only knows if any of the thinks I had stored down there are going to survive. Ironically, I live nowhere near Florida

For those few readers that have been looking for more backbone out of Matt, this chapter is for you. I think you'll find a little bit to celebrate in it.

Chapter fourteen is with the moderators as we speak. It encompasses the morning after and the rest of that day. One conversation that becomes important takes place in this chapter. No spoilers though.
