The score for An Unremarkable Day went over 7 today - all of 7.01!

Still, it's a milestone. I tend to look for stories with a score of over 7 when I'm looking for one to read. Maybe others do too.

So I hope the score keeps going up. If you like it - vote!

I just uploaded two more chapters so hopefully they will be on the site soon.

Although I had worked out the plot in my head before I started writing, going way beyond where we are so far, as I actually write the chapters I am findng that the story is developing a life of its own. More detail is needed, and sub-plots suggest themselves, so this could be a "hobby" for some time to come.

I post chapters as fast as I write them, so they may be a bit irregular as other things, particularly work and family, take priority. But don't worry - I fully intend to finish it.

I had to face another writing challenge as the two characters start to get intimate. I hope this isn't too explicit and leaves you, the reader, to imagine the scene your own way.

If I have had any criticisms so far, it is that the chapters are too short. That's really because I have been using chapters to designate a period of time, and I have been posting them as I write them.
I think that the criticism comes because people want to read more of the story. It doesn't matter what the chapter length is, so long as there is a good chunk of story to read.
So today I have put through three chapters at once. I think two are a bit longer anyway, but three together may help people who want more content, and there is a bit of nudity and a bit of violence as well.
And, as they say, the story continues….
