People have sent me comments about the story - most are of praise for the theme and the short start - thank you for those.
One issue that a couple people mentioned is the seemingly casual way they're all accepting the nudity issue. While Tom and perhaps Jennifer are as laid back as they seem, the others are more in shock at the situation they find themselves in right now so aren't really thinking/feeling normally. Chapters 2 and 3 will address this issue and show the different reactions.
I'm writing those at the same time as most of Chapter 3 happens concurrently with Chapter 2. The issue of 'Ivan's' death and their feeling on that will also be addressed at some point - maybe Chapter 4.
I've written shorter things before, published in fanzines or other places online. Lost in the Past is going to be my first attempt at a longer story-line. I don't know how long it'll be, novelette, novella or full novel length.
Any comments/critiques of the style would be appreciated.
