I am late in posting a new chapter because I was given the first book in the Dark Tide Rising series to read for enjoyment. Two days later I had gone out and bout the entire series and devoured the books like a zombie chasing a fat kid with a twinkie. I finished reading all four books, and have now placed a large order for the books I don't have by him. I promised my daughter that I would get back to writing, so I will limi myself to one book a week. The Humanity. What I won't do for my daughter, and those who give constructive and good reviews. Just kidding. I will have chapters up soon as I am almost back to my buffer of 4 chapters after losing chapters 12 - 16. Have fun and I will post soon.
PS. I will be reposting some of the earlier chapters, as in reading them to create a continuity outline, I noticed a few errors and things I thought could be enhanced for better flow.
I was very happy to get the response I did for proof readers/editors, and I decided to give a couple a try. I gave several people access to my dropbox account that I am using for this story, and the password to unencrypt the next two chapters. Somehow, and I am still not sure how it was accomplished, but one of the editors somehow erased every future chapter I had written, from chapter 10 to 22. If I were using my laptop, no problem, but I am using a tablet right now to write, and that means using cloud storage like google drive and dropbox. I am frantically trying to re-write the deleted chapters, but i have only reached a 2 chapter buffer. Thank you for being patient with me and learn from my mistakes. Always use 2 forms of back-up, even if it is cloud driven. Chapter 10 will be up tomorrow.
I am all caught up with the posts from other sites and so will now be slowing down to once a week. I am still looking for a proof reader for grammer and word usage, so that I can write faster. Whe I am my own proof reader, then I tend to get stuck on trying to attain perfection, which is only attainable for Pratchett, Weber, Ringo, Flint, and Tolkien. I kid, I kid. But I do hope that you enjoy this next installment, and wish that I could give you more.

P.S. I don't care what Pottermore says, Pandora Lovegood is the stupidest name for Luna's mom. I much prefer Selene, or some of the others I have seen in Fanfics since that is at least a good balance to Xenophilius.
One more chapter and then I will have to slow down to posting one chapter a week. This has been a fun process and I am enjoying taking these characters in slightly different directions than most are used to. I just finished Chapter 12, I am looking for a new proof reader, as the one I had passed away a couple weeks ago, from a head on collision with a drunk driver. She was great about correcting my British word usage, since I am just a clueless Californian, at least thta is what she repeeatedly told me. Miss You Joy, you were taken too soon.
I have been asked by several readers what AU means, so I thought that I would quickly address that. AU is a fanfiction term that means Alternate Universe. It means that you take the basic premis of an author's creation, and then change it to fit your idea. In cannon Harry Potter, Harry marries Ginny Weasleybecause everyone expects him to, because she looks like his mom? And Hermoine marries Ron because argueing and fighting with each other for 7 years is foreplay and evidence of love? These are just some of the questions that make me write the story that I am putting before you the reader, in hopes of giving you something you enjoy.
