Chapter Seven of DarkFyre has been submitted for posting. It's a few days early from my usual updating day, but I kinda couldn't resist putting it up as soon as it was done being edited. I'm very proud of this chapter. There are some parts and passages that I feel are some of my best work yet. I hope you all feel the same.
I wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to everyone who has read my stories and responded so positively and encouragingly. I have gotten a lot of good feedback and kind words, and (most of) the critiques I've received have been minor, thoughtful, and valid.
So yeah. Thanks a bunch guys, you're definitely helping me to continue keeping up with regularly posting and writing. I'll do my best to continue giving you good reads!

Ok, Chapter Six of DarkFyre has been submitted for posting and should be up soon. I've been receiving a lot of very positive feedback on the series and I want to say thank you to everyone who has written me and given me their thoughts and opinions and encouragement, you all help me keep this behemoth moving along.
I've also received a lot of very, very kind and enthusiastic feedback for my short, A Different Kind of Duty. I'm very pleased with how this work has been received, and as such I will likely post up more short stories of a similar nature.
These stories will be somewhat random in regard to when they're posted. My priority, writing wise, remains DarkFyre, so side projects and short stories will be as time permits. But they'll be coming, so if you enjoyed A Different Kind of Duty, keep an eye out!

P.S. Thanks to the (many) readers who pointed out my glaring error. Lesson learned: blogging whilst sleep deprived=BAD. No one ridiculed me too badly, though I think in a few instances it was implied, and certainly well deserved.

DarkFyre Chapter Five has been submitted and should be live soon. A nice medium length chapter that has some eventfulness to it. Hope you all enjoy.
I will also be submitting a short story sometime in the next few days to a week. It's a one chapter piece, short, and much more sexually centered, so a pretty big departure from DarkFyre. If it's well received I may write others like it. As of right now, I don't see it interfering whatsoever with my regular scheduled posting of DarkFyre updates. Some feedback on it would be very welcome.
My bit of flubbery has been fixed, per an edit on the end of Chapter Three. It's not a major change, but the continuity is now appropriate. This should be (fingers crossed) the biggest oversight in editing I make for a pretty long while. Again, big thanks to those who pointed it out, and thanks to those who have been patient with the fix.
In other news, writing goes well on the next few chapters, and I should have Chapter Five up around my usual Friday morning update.
I'm also considering posting a non-erotic sci-fi/fantasy story I've been working on. If I did so, it would be updated muuuch more slowly and infrequently, as I am maintaining my primary focus on DarkFyre at this time. But it's something I've been working at and writing and re-writing for quite literally years, and I've thought about posting to get some feedback and insight on reader reception of this most recent version. If anyone's interested, drop me a note, and it very well may go up for awhile.
Aside from that, more DarkFyre will be on the way in a few days! Woot!
