Several of you are circling around, trying to guess the new direction that is coming.

One of you is pretty close, but still far off. Several of you are on the right track.

To get the weekend off to good start I just loaded Chapter Five into the queue.

So far the mail is mostly positive, except for some who often complain and whine.

Don't forget. This book is going somewhere you are not expecting. It's not a time traveling, love story.

I've loved some of your predictions about where this book will go. The level of creative energy is amazing, and I thank you for your thoughts.

The truth of the matter is.... you are mostly right and very much wrong. What you think based on how the book started, is not at all where it is going, but some of the elements you are predicting are true, but only for a little while.

The only reader who ALWAYS predicts the next chapter hasn't uttered a peep, other than to express surprise at the ending. I am waiting for his idea because he is often very close to the actual plot line.

It is my thought that a huge number of men remember that one teacher that they fantasized about all through school, and that's what i am going for in the opening chapters of Book 18. The next six chapters will explore that more fully.
