Book Two starts tonight.
The basic facts are changing because of the introduction of Kyle, who hasn't fully integrated into Carl's history.
If you read Book One, you had a lot of flashbacks to catch up those who did not read SECOND CHANCE.
There will not be flashbacks going forward.
Memorial Day is Monday.
Go out and show your pride.
Chapter Twelve just hit the queue.
It contains no flashbacks to earlier books.
If you still feel uncertain about the current tale,
you will need to go back and read SECOND CHANCE.
This chapter finally ends the ramp-up to the real book.
I've not been so tired of trying to catch people up in my life as I have getting these eleven chapters out.
After this the book is all new.

The retrospective part of the story is as complete as I intend to write it. For those who did not read SECOND CHANCE and still feel uncertain about the current state of the story, you will want to read the first one.
For those of you frustrated because it is taking soo long to get to the meat of the story, the wait is almost over. There is a little more looking back and then we will pick up the pace.
BOOK One is almost over.
The next book will not have any carry-over text from the first one.
