Thanks to feedback from a reader, I made a correction to "Justice Served" to make the names of characters consistent.
To start, I want to thank all the readers who provided comments and encouragement. I especially appreciate the feedback from those who offered suggestions for improvement. The first four stories that I posted were a bit romantic focusing on first love. The most recent is a product of my dark side. I intended it to appeal to those who enjoy tales of revenge. I shall find it interesting to see the response to this tale as compared with my previous offerings.
The second story in the Graduate School series has been posted. The reader should read at least the intro to "The Devil Made Me Do It" before reading "Testing" because that intro introduces the Protagonist and provides information that sets context for all the stories in the series. I plan to submit additional stories not in the series with different characters. I have ideas for additional Graduate School stories but I have not yet written them. As always I welcome constructive feedback.
Well, I finally did it. I posted my first story. I am eager for feedback from readers that will help me to become a better writer. I am also looking for a volunteer editor. I have one more completed story for the "Graduate School" series that I will post after receiving feedback on the first story, "The Devil Made Me Do It." I also have ideas for several other tales in the series.
There are many true elements in the Graduate School series. I will leave it to the reader to deduce or guess which elements are true and which are fiction. There are even enough clues to deduce which state and which university provide the setting for the story.
