Why I don't use voice to text software.
I own two copies of "Dragon". One about six years old and another about five months old. My personal experience is teaching the software my voice has been a total disaster. The software interprets my words into whatever it wants. When I begin editing all the wrong words the intensity of the story is lost. After a quick edit, I used Grammarly (free edition) to insert punctuation. By this time my Muse has abandoned me for a comic book or the like. Google is about the same so I think the Southern twang in my speech is difficult to interpret. I'll keep trying when LA Fun is complete. My two fingers are faster right now.
Please forgive me for not communicating more but having to type with one finger on each hand sucks. I've spent my time reading my own stories and everyone else's to see if the muse would come back. She's teasing me and I've finished Chapter 75 and close to finishing 76. I really want to finish this (LA Fun) before beginning something new. I appreciate all the notes and hope you continue to enjoy the Florida Friends series (more to come, the Muse says). There is an outline developing for the next Florida Friends as well as an addition to Mystery Mountain. As long as my two fingers hold up I'm trying. Just know I'm still on the green side.
