I just put my latest Chapter of Claire into the posting queue. Not sure when it will post but it will be up eventually.
For those who are familiar with my story about Claire, this Chapter has a couple of surprises that even I didn't anticipate. It's not that the story takes a new twist, it's that startling things are revealed.
I hope readers enjoy this chapter in particular. And there are more, even bigger ones to come in following chapters.
As always, comments, both good and bad, are absorbed and appreciated.

I'm always anxious to release a chapter after it's written. That does get me in some trouble because, I tend to proofread and edit my stories a little to rapidly.
Chapter 67 of Claire fits that scenario. Tired, late last night when I finished it, I should have waited. But I didn't and the first version got posted here on SOL about 8:30 am, Eastern time.
Anyway, I apologize for my haste. I've spent the last couple of hours editing, fixing, proofreading and enhancing. The resulting product I hope is better but only the reader can tell.
So, if you happen to be the nearly 500 readers who've read it so far, it might be worth it to scan it again.
In any event, I'd appreciate your input and comments.

Well, I guess I should have kept quiet about my feelings about scoring. I got at least 5 more in the last couple of hours.
Thanx You Idiots! I'm just going to turn off scoring and FU2U!
I write for my own pleasure and hope others get a sense of enjoyment from my stories. Having a moderate score for most of my stories has been gratifying. But the Effers out there ain't gona win.

<<BIG Rant>>
I just can't stand the voting system here. What on earth do some of the readers here think. I get so frustrated with it that I could spit fire.
I've often considered turning off voting for my stories and I don't know why I haven't. Except I do like the feeling when I get a 'Reasonable' grade for a story.
What is pissing me off today is someone gave my 'Claire' a ONE!!! How the #$%^%$# could someone do that???
If there are some elements where the reader gets offended, then they should check the codes before reading ANYONE'S story.
I can admit I could toggle whoever it was.
Now, I know that I don't write perfect text. In the last chapter I made over a dozen errors. Little ones like using it's instead of its. Yeah, I know the difference you idiot if that's what gave you the idea to give me a ONE.
Or if it's one of the other typing or editing errors I made. BTW: I've had several comments about errors and I have corrected them and every other one I've found myself. I'm constantly re-reading what I've posted just to find something that can be corrected.
For your information I try real hard to release PERFECT text and I know for the most part the other Authors here do the same. I'm not perfect as I said, but I try. Something always seems to get through.
As I've also said before here in the Blogs, this is for the Idiot who feels someone deserves a ONE like I got today; "If you've got the BALLS to give someone a LOW SCORE ---> Have the Cojones to send a message to the author and let him know why!"
After that, give him a chance to make corrections and reevaluate your score.
To the malicious person who just loves to arbitrarily give low scores ----> Go maraud another website. My guess is the authors here don't want you. I sure the hell don't!!!
<End Rant>
Thanks for listening.

Well, it's taken me a while and three editing trips through this part of Judy and Her Itsy Bitsy Bikini story. For now, I hope Episode 4 is presentable.
I know the original post of this part of the story was riddled with errors. It became a daunting task to clean the text up and improve the story. Something that was not doable in just a couple of sittings.
As I explained in another Blog entry, I wrote the first story about Judy as a lark. It was short and written so I'd have something to test with as I learned how to post stories here on SOL. As with several of my stories posted here, it sort of took on a life of it's own as the characters drove the story line places I hadn't dreamed of.
I'm sure that Steve, Judy and Sam have more to tell. But they will have to wait as other of my characters want to reveal more of their story.
