United States - Eastern Seaboard States (remains of USA) and parts of Southern Ontario
Republic of California - West of the Rockies, includes Canada BC, and Alaska
Quebec - Quebec and eastern parts of Ontario
Ontario - Most of Central Ontario
Other places - Some disputed Eastern Canadian Provinces, Multiple Mexican states, and multiple divided Central America.
