Ben and his sister are running from the law after robbing a bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They go west by train to Kansas City, Kansas where their money runs out. They start walking, sleeping under bridges as they travel slowly toward Wichita. A fancy carriage stops next to them and the man driving asked them if they would drive for him. They end up taking the man’s name and pretend to be man and wife. Ben now Henry, becomes a well to do lawyer in Lawrence, Kansas. Read to find out how!

A sixteen year old boy fleeing Child Protective Services in Missouri, helps a runaway girl about to be picked up by police at the bus station in OKC. Westward bound for Oregon a wagon train of 105 wagons, and 102 families were on the Oregon Trail in the year 1859. When someone on the Wagontrain began killing and raping little girls. Miri is subdued and watches as her best friend has her neck snapped, then brutally raped. Then she’s tied up and hidden in a wagon, she has to figure out what to do so that this monster doesn’t get away with anymore killing. She realizes that her life may not be as important as getting this monster caught.

The Robertson’s have to move from Maryland to California, they are driving across the country in a caravan consisting of a twenty six foot U-Haul truck, an extended cab Chevy pickup and a new Suburban. They find out some very interesting things about them selves and find out they have a stowaway! But she fits right in and joins in the family fun. But her stepdad wants her and her money back at any cost, two million dollars is just too much to lose.
