Tales of Lord Bentencourt's Manor. Peter Bentencourt was kidnapped from Earth while an infant. He was taken via portal to the magical world of Kreven where he rose to be a minor power. He established a household in Cursed Island in the middle of Mirror Lake. There, he activated a portal which allowed him to travel back and forth to Earth. These stories follow Lord Bent and his household as he strives to rise in power while dealing with dangerous allies and adversaries. Be warned, ethics on Kreven are not as they are on Earth!
