Department 59
Department 59 - A secret organization dedicated to preserving freedom, by any means necessary. They deal with the issues that other agencies can't handle, from plots to control the world, to alien incursions, even the odd mutant basset hound. Strangely enough, this seems to always involve a lot of orifices getting probed by various things.
