The following are case reports highlighting the progress we've made in the area of Ether detection, gathering, control and response as it relates to heightened sexual situations involving a diverse sampling of average citizens.
Previous to this project, all tests were conducted in relaxed environments with consenting test subjects. Results from such tests fell far below our expectations. It is believed that these tests failed due to the familiarity between the participants. Emotional and physical responses were too diluted (diffused) to achieve the results we had hoped for.
Due to new developments in unrelated fields of study, I believe that we may have a solution to this dilemma. With the council's approval, I would like to begin a new round of testing immediately.
To begin I will require (but not limited to) the following:
Use of labs 20 through 30 in the Highland Center, my own research team (see attached list 1b), an extraction team (see attached list 1c), access to the MERI device (to clean subjects memories), sensory heightening and mood altering pharmaceuticals (see attached list 1d), and possibly the use of the emergency medical team already in place at Highland.
Events described in these stories occur before those that take place in "Eve of Destruction"
