Looking for stories that are similar to The Missing Dragon by Lien Geller (found on Lit). In case you haven't read it, the story is about a guy who is thrown into another world where Orcs reside (along with other fantasy/magical creatures.... Guy meets and defeats macho female).
Usual standards apply :- Long, No gay scenes, good character development, preferably male MC...
Ka Hamnd has a story 'A Hole In the Ground' that is similar. A modern day man falls through a gate masked as a hole in the ground into another world complete with dragons, dwarves, orcs, goblins and other fun beasties. They have a medieval tech level and he is able to build modern weapons to help defeat all the nasties. Along the way he finds the analog of the wife he lost to cancer.

If you just want a story where the MC is teleported to a fantasy world and is involved with an orc, you can try Goblin's Rise, but the similarities end there. While The Missing Dragon is a fantasy story involving sex, Goblin's Rise is a sex story involving fantasy, so far mostly focused on the MCs wife watching fetish. This might change since only 2 chapters has been released, but then again, you asked for a long story and it ain't that either.
If you are into fantasy and erotica, then a read of The Missing Dragon is def in order. It's a pretty solid story to look for something similar. Watching this thread in case someone finds something similar that I haven't read yet.
