Why is the in subject mentioned story, rated 9.09, not listed in 'Ongoing serials' listed by rating?
Full title of the list you mention is Top 50 Ongoing Serials, by Rating, in the Last 30 Days while the story was last updated 4 Jan 2018 which is more than 30 days ago. Very simple, really.
Because the list only lists stories that has been updated the last 30 days.
