I bookmarked A coach's wife and new chapters don't appear in my stream. The strange thing, maybe related, it's updates don't appear on updated stories either. It does appear in library. I doubt it's something in my settings because I left all the default ones.
Something went wrong with the posting script. It was never tagged properly as updated.
I've updated the story's update time manually. It shows up now in the appropriate places as updated yesterday.
I'll keep an eye on the story to try to figure out what went wrong if it repeats.
