woman gets into cab/uber and is headed to the airport.
she tells the driver she is going to meet her son who is finally coming home.
she starts telling him about how her son was severely bullied as a child.
As she goes on he realizes he was the worst of the bullies and still is a bully.
we learn how the son grows up and uses his hardships to become a stronger person and joins the army.
Driver is swayed by her words and decides to do better in his life and to apologize to the son.
when they get to the airport he waits to drive her back home.
The plane lands and the son is brought out in a casket. He was killed in action and receives a high ranking award for his actions.
Upon realizing that he will never be able to apologize for his past actions the driver becomes a councilor for bullied children or councils the bullies.
