Not exactly a straight forward request but can you recommend "coming of age" stories but related to success in building a business, or taking over a failing business and making a go of it. Some similar to:
1. Six-Months Turnaround by Morgan
2. The Millionaire Next Door by Lazlo Zalezac (but all of his stories are simply fantastic)
3. Stone Inc by Cold Creek (though its inactive now, had a good storyline)

but that is a do-over rather than a genuine coming of age.
You might like to try SmokinDriver's stories. There's always 'Living Next Door to Heaven' and 'Not This Time' by aroslav. And I rather enjoyed the recent 'Love and Inheritance' by SW MO Hermit.

The protagonist doesn't start a business, but he builds a very good career and makes more money than he knows what to do with.
