I just want an overview on how the do-over works on this series.
At first he changed bodies with a teen, i just want to know if they ever change bodies back?
I would also like to know what's the main focus of the story. Is it about business?, politics? or sex?

May I suggest that you just read the story and enjoy the plot twist and turns.
My understanding is that the author readily embraces plot suggestions from readers. The result is rather uneven: it's likely readers will find some segments enjoyable, other segments less so.
