Um, I think you might misunderstand me. Does the MC sleep with women outside the harem, and do the women in the harem sleep with men outside it
Sounds to me like the OP is another of those people who has a squick, and is afraid they may encounter it in the story.
At a personal level, I can emphasize with a person bothered by squicks in a story. It would be better if they didn't read stories that are coded with a code that is related to their particular squick.
Personally, I believe we should ignore people who want to read sex stories related to their particular squick, and then ask us to protect them from themselves because they are afraid of what they will encounter in the story.
