I noticed the authors frequently screw up the release of a story update. This process is similar to software updates and you could use a make file and some discipline too reduce mistakes.
And then we upload the exact same file, and everything is fine.
I'm certainly not pointing the finger at Lazeez or the moderators, who likely have hundreds of files to process a day. They do incredible work, and all of them, from the top on down, have helped this author since the day he started posting here.
I've noticed that tags regularly posted at a specific time have often been hours or even days late recently, though I'm not sure why.
So, a scheduled posting would seem logical, though I'm guessing it's something more unusual: such as system-wide updates which preclude those normal postings, whether scheduled or manual. But again, I'm just guessing here.
