I've just reposted Chapter 23 with a small addition. I inserted the new text at the point where Jake explains that he inspects the axles on a daily basis. A number of readers questioned why Jake didn't simply grease the axles. The new text was inserted to clarify that point. I didn't go into a lot of details. Hopefully what I did put in resolves the question.
