I woke up this morning with more than my usual amount of energy. I was thinking about either running a marathon, or doing some work on cleaning up one of my stories.
Unfortunately for the marathon, I decided on doing some editing. I went through all sixteen chapters of my story "A Shot In The Dark", adding commas and changing the first letters of sentences to Capital letter. While I was at it, I shortened over four hundred paragraphs, by creating an additional eight hundred and thirty seven new ones. I think the story is much easier to read, and to understand now, but I'll let the readers, if any, judge that for themselves.
I do appreciate all the emails I've been receiving. I assure you that I read them all. I seldom reply, but that is more a constraint on my energy, than any willful rudeness on my part.
I'm very close to winding up my final SOL submission. All I need now is an ending. Don't be shy if you have one you'd like to contribute.
