I know some of you are ex-navy (or is it former navy?). What I need to know is what would an enlisted person's rank be that would serve on an Admiral's staff as his top enlisted person? I need any info possible on what their duties would be, what the rank is and what that rank is called. Anything else you feel I might like to know would also be of help.
