Ok guys, I have good news and bad news. We'll get the bad out of the way first.
Bad news is, I've picked up some extra shifts over the next month or so at one of my jobs. This is a good thing personally, as like most people, I'm not exactly rich and could use the extra funds. However, with my new schedule, between my two jobs I'll now be working 48 hours a week. Plus factoring in training time, spending time with the girl, and needing to sleep in there somewhere, leaves me with a pretty crunched in amount of time to write.
The up side is, at least at one of my jobs, I can do a fair bit of writing. But the other job is less so. I fully plan to continue writing, especially in DarkFyre, but there's a good chance I will be taking a bit longer than my usual week-ish between updates. So, if you're checking back and notice DarkFyre hasn't been updated that week, bear with me, cause I'm working at it as much as possible, and it's coming.
Bleh. Bad news sucks.
Now the good news! The good news is I've just submitted Chapter Nine for posting, and boy is it an awesome chapter. I think everyone's going to really enjoy this one, at least I'm hopeful you will, anyway!
Time allowing, the next chapter SHOULD be up in a week to two weeks. Thanks for your patience everyone, and I promise the waits will be worth it!
