When I started this I had no idea of what I was getting into. I have been a avid reader all my life and can lose myself in almost any type of book or story. I really had no idea how hard it could be sometimes to put words on paper and make them come to life for others.
Add to this naivety the trials and tribulations of trying to get a young adult stepson to learn to grow up and stand on his own two feet and you have a recipe for disaster.
I know that the kind readers of this website are not interested in my problems, heck they have problems of their own which are much more important to them. That being said, I wish to express my sincerest apologies for the lack of an update on John and Kathy. Believe me the story is not finished nor is it dead.
