There are two items that I would like to report on.
The first one is that I have finished my adventure with cataract surgery, and all I can say on that subject is that I wish that I had had it done much sooner. As it turns out, I still do need glasses, but I can see so much clearer now that I am still having trouble believing it!
The second item is that I am just out of the hospital following a bout with double-pneumonia. I spent 28 days in the hospital, and they told me that I would probably need at least two more months to recover completely.
I have a hiatus hernia, and that caused me to aspirate liquid from my stomach into both lungs. It appears that I am very lucky because the attack could have been fatal! The word is: if you have a hiatus hernia, don't ignore it the way I did.
Anyway, I am very weak, and I am not sure how much writing I can do for a while. As I am sure you know by now, I do love to write, so I will be pressing hard to get back to my stories. I do have a couple of stories finished, and I will be posting them as I can. However, I am not sure what kind of schedule I will be following in posting the stories. I may be somewhat erratic, but I will try to stick to a reasonable schedule.
