I thought I'd just pop back in on this. Lot of feedback - thankyou. I did do quite a lot of research on this and all the stuff about white fivers is correct. They are worth a minimum of £250 each so you can imagine (and that's all anyone can do) just what a cache like this would sell for - millions I would think. If anyone saw the BBC film of 'Cold Comfort Farm'the farm was loosely based on what appeared on screen - although the actual farm it was filmed at is nothing like what you see. The caravan with coinage falling out of it was based on a true story told to me by a guy who is part of a circus family - the circus is still going although whether they have problem with HMRC I don't know. Wouldn't surprise me though.
Sara is based on a friend of mine who isn't pretty, but incredibly vivacious. Mother is just like mothers are and the rest of 'em are just iamginary as is the location.
