So, I'm gonna start posting the end of Book 1. It's 3 chapters, and I'll post 1 chapter each day. So today I'm posting chapter 36, tomorrow I'll post 37, and then I'll post the final chapter 38 on Thursday. I also changed the first 5 chapters into, hopefully, an improved version. So, my story The Merchant Prince is coming to the end of book 1. Hopefully, there will be a thrilling climax with surprising twists that have been foreshadowed from the start. Though I'm thinking the ending will have a better impact if I hold off now until the end is complete, then releasing the rest all at once. I think giving it out piecemeal might ruin the effect I'm going for. So, don't expect any new chapters for a little bit, then I'll post it all at once or quickly in successive days. Might take like 2 or 3 weeks for me to write it. I'm still a very slow writer.
Hey, like the title reads: chapter 29 is in the queue. It is a slightly shorter chapter than usual, but I hope it's an exciting one. I think I've gotten back into the groove of writing again. Since I haven't said it yet, sorry for that long period where I went on hiatus. I wouldn't call what I had writer's block, but I guess when you stop writing for a while it makes it so hard to get writing again. It becomes like pushing a big boulder, really hard to start, but once you get going you can mostly rely on momentum. I hope to make a strong push to the end of book 1.
