Matt and Emily spend some time together at a potluck...
I've been working on Blind Date a lot the last couple of days, and by working, I mean thinking. This story is near and dear to my heart. It was the first story I ever started and there are a couple scenes that bare a close resemblance to real life, but it's not real life. After rereading it again this week, I'm going to be doing some heavy restructuring to the plot. Nothing that effects the first couple of chapters so I figure I can keep posting without having to ret-con anything.
For writing I've been using scrivener, and really loving it. But some chapters that I've exported with the windows version are formatted differently than the ones I've exported with the Mac version. So if you see any glitches or weirdness, let me know and I'll try to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Sorry about the formatting glitch in chapter 11. I'm not sure what caused it, but hopefully it's fixed now. Thanks to the sharp-eyed readers who let me know about it.

I've got several stories in the works, RUYN being the furthest along. The 2nd place runner up, Blind Date, gets it's first chapter posted today. While both stories share a lot of themes (gentle-ish D/s relationships), they will become more different as time goes on. I think Blind Date will end up being the shorter of the two stories, but we'll see.
I'm going to update RUYN tomorrow, and my new posting schedule will be: Once a week (Fridays probably), I'll post as many chapters as I've written that week. So far, we're looking at two to go up tomorrow. Maybe three if I get inspired tonight after dealing with plumbing issues all day....
Chapter 10 is in the queue and should be up by the time you read this. As you may have noticed I'm slowing down the update schedule a bit. But don't worry there's a lot left in this story.

It's taken a little while, but things are starting to heat up. I'm really glad so many of you seem to be enjoying the story. The comments I've gotten have been amazing, and I'm always happy to hear what you think. Some of you have been surprisingly perceptive, and have offered some great advice. As I said a few days ago, this is my first time writing erotica (or even fiction for that matter), and it's been a heady experience to see the download stats and scores. Thank you!
I'd like to ask your opinion. The story is written up through chapter 25 or 26 at this point (and it can go on much longer than that....), but due to work commitments I'm not going to get a chance to continue writing for a few weeks. Should I
A) Keep updating daily until I run out of chapters, and then just add to them as I can, realizing there may be weeks between updates and updates may be 2 or 3 chapters at a time?
OR
B) Slow down my update schedule to once a week, and use the time it buys me to keep ahead of the story?
